Two quick things so we can show up on schedule and keep you in the loop.
Your booking time is an arrival window
Our crew works on active jobs until mid-afternoon, so we can't leave for an estimate until the day's work is wrapped up. Plan for us to arrive within one hour of your chosen slot:
- 3:30 PM slot → arrival between 3:30 and 4:30 PM
- 4:45 PM slot → arrival between 4:45 and 5:45 PM
We'll text you 10–15 minutes before we arrive — so you know exactly when to expect us. If we ever need to shift the time, we'll text you right away.
